Hello, fellow good -doers!

I hope you enjoy reading this topic as much as I enjoyed researching about it all. So the reasoning behind our company is to provide opportunity for those with a disability to be able to work and have equal working opportunities. We are bridging the gap! I mean, who does not want to be apart of a cause like this. Is now a good time to compare this to you scream , I scream , we all scream for ice cream?

So, in this piece we will be talking about goals and benefits. I mean if you do not have goals how will anyone or anything ever get anywhere? Right, in saying this lets talk about Work 4 All Goals. Our goal is to employ 100 people in a period of one year. We also aim to having on board over 30 cafe/ restaurants implement the application. In terms of business networking, we plan to build our events division and spread the word about our new business and our strategy. We aspire to hold at least one monthly event. This way we are able to communicate our vision to more people, like you! The benefits to sharing this app are endless, from giving people an opportunity to work, to undoing stigma within communities and break the view of mentally ill persons. I mean, we all want to be who we are and having something such as a mental illness should not prevent a person from wanting to live a normal life. We are improving knowledge about the problem of the lack of employment opportunities for these persons. How we will measure these benefits is by creating a long term plan of how we want the company to progress. We can measure how many people we will employ and for how long they work with the company once obtaining the job. We can also compare ourselves to our competitors!
